Credit Agricole Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. received its initial insurance licence from the KNF in 2014. In October 2024, CATU was registered as a member of the Ubezpieczeniowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny (UFG), signalling the company's intention to enter the compulsory motor third-party liability (OC) market. In Q4 2024, CATU launched its Pakiet Moto motor insurance range (OC and AC), with OWU approved by board resolution no. 29/P/2024 dated 13 November 2024. The company regularly publishes annual Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) on ca-ubezpieczenia.pl as required by KNF. As of the most recent KRS filing (entry no. 76, effective 26 June 2026), CATU remains an active licensed insurer.
