EINS Polska sp. z o.o. is registered in the KNF Insurance Intermediaries Register (KRS 0000701305, NIP 5252727661). EUROINS operates in Poland under EU Freedom of Services (FoS) as a notified insurer and is not directly supervised by KNF. In December 2023, UOKiK approved the acquisition of EINS Polska by Acrisure CEE sp. z o.o. (decision DKK-291/2023). The KNF's 2025 supervisory priorities include assessment of property insurance quality following 2024 floods and strengthened oversight of insurance investment activities.
