Regulatory updates
Europ Assistance Polska (KRS 0000034499) had several KRS registry entries in 2024–2025: in November 2024 (entry #56) the management board and business scope were updated; in December 2024 (entry #57) the registered address was changed from ul. Wołoska 5, 02-675 Warsaw to ul. Postępu 21C, 02-676 Warsaw; in March 2025 (entry #58) the prokura (commercial proxy) was modified. The insurer (as Europ Assistance S.A. Irish Branch operating in Poland) was registered with KNF on 17 August 2012. All Polish financial institutions, including assistance insurers, were required to comply with the EU DORA regulation from January 2025 under KNF supervision.
