Regulatory updates
In January 2026, KNF approved Generali PTE to take over management of NNLife OFE and NNLife DFE. In December 2024, NN PTE reported an inadvertent breach of investment limits in the NN OFE fund under the pension fund act. The Supervisory Board of NN PTE positively assessed the company's compliance with KNF Corporate Governance Principles for 2025 at its March 2026 meeting. NN remains fully licensed and under ongoing KNF supervision for both life (TUnŻ) and non-life (TU) insurance activities.
