Regulatory updates
On October 27, 2023, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) issued a decision imposing a financial penalty of PLN 30,000 on Partner TUiR S.A. for violations including failure to submit the regular supervisory report (RSR) and the solvency and financial condition report (SFCR) for fiscal year 2020 within the statutory 14-week deadline, failure to disclose the SFCR on time, and failure to implement adequate systems to ensure compliance with SFCR disclosure obligations.
