Regulatory updates
In July 2025, Trasti secured a joint equity investment of PLN 88.1 million (€20.7 million) from the EBRD and Zavarovalnica Triglav Group, marking the largest insurtech investment in Poland and CEE to date. As part of the deal, Trasti committed to adopting IFRS accounting standards and strengthening its corporate governance framework. Trasti remains regulated by the KNF and is a member of the Insurance Guarantee Fund (UFG) and the Polish Motor Insurers Bureau (PBUK). Since launching in March 2021, the company has issued over 700,000 motor insurance policies.
