Regulatory updates
On 27 June 2025, the KNF unanimously approved TUZ's conversion from a mutual insurance company (TUW) to a joint-stock company (S.A.); the change was formally registered on 27 August 2025 under KRS 0001190962. In June 2023, the KNF issued a final decision upholding a PLN 65,800 fine against TUZ TUW for 14 cases of delays in payment of compulsory insurance claims. TUZ also expanded into reinsurance and relocated its headquarters in July 2026.
