Regulatory updates
In December 2025, Multicare became the first insurer in Portugal to launch a health insurance product meeting the ASF Standard Conditions (Circular n.º 6/2025 of 3 June 2025), called 'Multicare Proteção Padrão', designed to enhance consumer transparency and comparability across health insurance products. The insurer is registered with the ASF under number 1011 (as Fidelidade - Companhia de Seguros, S.A.). In April 2026, Multicare also launched the 'Multicare Vital', a product offering unlimited hospitalization and oncology cover for both SMEs and individuals.
