Regulatory updates
Eurolife FFH Asigurări de Viață S.A. was originally authorized by CSA (now ASF) via authorization no. 578/17.08.2007, registered in the Insurers Registry as RA/060/20.08.2007. The ASF has recently approved new mandates for board members: in September 2025, Vasileios-William Nikiforakis and Nikolaos Delendas were approved for new terms on the boards of Eurolife FFH Asigurări Generale S.A. and Eurolife FFH Asigurări de Viață S.A. respectively. In March 2026, Alexandros Sarrigeorgiou was approved for a new mandate on both entities' boards. In October 2025, Fairfax announced a term sheet to sell its 80% interest in Eurolife's life insurance operations to Eurobank, while retaining its stake in the property and casualty business.
