Regulatory updates
In April 2025, ASF approved a new mandate for the Director General of Garanta Asigurări SA. In October 2025, ASF approved Signal Iduna Asigurare Reasigurare SA as a significant direct shareholder and approved the new Board of Directors of Garanta Asigurări SA, following the completion of the acquisition process initiated in November 2024. The company holds authorisation through ASF Decision no. 27/2001 and is registered in the Insurers Registry under no. RA-020.
