Regulatory updates
Mutual de Conductors was absorbed by Mutua de Propietarios, Seguros y Reaseguros a Prima Fija (Grupo Mutua Propietarios) in a merger by absorption notified to the DGSFP on 30 December 2021 and approved by both entities' general assemblies in February 2022. The operation improved solvency by €9 million, incorporated €28 million in assets and €5 million in premiums, and added legal defence capabilities to the Grupo Mutua Propietarios. MDC's brokerage arm (MDC Correduría) was integrated into Mutuarisk as of 1 July 2023.
