In 2025, Finansinspektionen (FI) concluded a supervisory investigation of Dina Försäkring AB, focusing on the actuarial, compliance and internal audit functions required under Solvency II. FI found several deficiencies, noting the actuarial function lacked independence and that internal audit and compliance functions had not carried out their required duties, and issued the company a formal remark together with a sanction fee of SEK 10 million.
