Regulatory updates
Paydrive AB is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and supervised by Finansinspektionen as an insurance intermediary. Formerly listed on Nordic Growth Market (NGM Nordic SME), the company was the subject of a recommended public takeover bid by Dina Försäkring AB in May 2023, and the acquisition completed around June 2023, making Paydrive a subsidiary of Dina Försäkringar. The risk carrier for Paydrive's policies has changed over time, from Protector Forsikring (2021) to Gjensidige, and currently Dina Försäkring AB underwrites the insurance following the acquisition.
