Regulatory updates
In February 2025, the Czech National Bank (ČNB) fined Allianz pojišťovna 3.5 million CZK for using false and misleading information in communications with tens of thousands of clients, which the ČNB determined violated the Act on Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution. Allianz also published its Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for 2024, confirming a strong capital base and stable financial position despite macroeconomic challenges and September 2024 floods, which were the largest natural disaster in Allianz Czech Republic's history by claim count.
