ČPP is supervised by the Czech National Bank (ČNB), which oversees licensing, prudential rules and market conduct of Czech insurers. In 2026 ČPP reported that it registered 23,810 assistance interventions in H1, up 13% year-on-year, and achieved a client satisfaction score of 4.66 out of 5 for the same period. The company has also issued public warnings about phishing attempts impersonating ČPP e-mail addresses. In 2025 ČPP marked 30 years on the Czech market and received awards including bronze in the 'Client-friendliest life insurer' category and gold in the 'Motor insurance' category of the Pojišťovna roku (Insurer of the Year) competition.
