Købstædernes Forsikring acts as risk carrier and claims handler, while Jyske Bank distributes the products to its retail and business customers through its branch network under the Jyske Forsikring brand.

Jyske Bank is registered in Finanstilsynet's register of insurance intermediaries; neither party holds a direct or indirect ownership stake of 10% or more in the other. From 1 January 2026, Jyske Bank began offering travel and cancellation insurance on credit cards in cooperation with Jyske Forsikring, administered by Jyske Bank but underwritten by Jyske Forsikring/Købstædernes Forsikring.
