Regulatory updates
In October 2023, the ACPR Sanctions Committee issued a reprimand and a €3.5 million fine against Abeille Vie (formerly Aviva Vie) for significant deficiencies in its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (LCB-FT) framework, following an on-site inspection conducted in 2020-2021, prior to Aéma Groupe's takeover in September 2021. Abeille Vie stated it had since remedied all the shortcomings identified.
