Regulatory updates
World Nomads currently states it is not selling policies in Europe while it rebuilds its product range, and a related notice confirms that EU residents (including France) are currently unable to purchase a policy. Separately, in February 2026 SiriusPoint's subsidiary International Medical Group (IMG) agreed to acquire the World Nomads brand from Australian insurer nib Group; the transaction was expected to close on the majority of the group in Q2/Q3 2026, with final closing anticipated in the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
