In Germany, Europ Assistance operates through two registered entities, Europ Assistance SA Niederlassung für Deutschland (Grünwald, HRB 254820) and Europ Assistance Versicherungs-AG (Munich). In 2018 the company was successfully cautioned by consumer group Bund der Versicherten for using several invalid insurance policy terms.
