Only an authorised driver (using the vehicle with the knowledge and consent of the person entitled to dispose of it) who holds the driving licence required for the vehicle type may drive; the vehicle may not be driven under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances
Claim notification deadline
Every claim event that may lead to a payment by WWK must be reported within one week
Bonus-malus rules
Premiums are graded according to the Schadenfreiheitsrabatt (no-claims discount) class system based on claims history (Section I of the AKB); an optional RabattSchutz add-on prevents downgrading after the first claim-bearing loss in a calendar year
