Eurolife FFH Life Insurance Single Member SA is listed as active under Freedom to Provide Services on the Bank of Greece's insurance undertakings registry. On May 7, 2026, Eurobank signed a definitive share purchase agreement (SPA) with entities controlled by Fairfax Financial Holdings to acquire the remaining 80% of Eurolife FFH Life Insurance Single Member SA for approximately €813 million, following the October 2025 term sheet. The European Commission approved Eurobank's acquisition of sole control of Eurolife, finding the deal raised no competition concerns in the Greek market. As of mid-August 2026, press reports indicated the deal was in its final stages and on track to complete by September 2026, within the previously stated Q3 2026 target; completion remains subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions, after which Eurobank will hold 100% of Eurolife Life while retaining its 20% stake in Eurolife Holdings' general insurance business (with Fairfax keeping its 80% interest in the general insurance business).
