Regulatory updates
Eurolife FFH Life Insurance Single Member SA is listed as active under Freedom to Provide Services on the Bank of Greece's insurance undertakings registry. In October 2025, Eurobank announced it had signed a term sheet with Fairfax Financial Holdings to acquire 80% of Eurolife FFH Life Insurance for €813 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals from the Bank of Greece and other relevant authorities and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. Upon completion, Eurobank will hold 100% of Eurolife Life, while Fairfax retains 80% of Eurolife General Insurance.
