EUROPE Insurance (ΕΥΡΩΠΗ Ασφαλιστική), registered as EUROPE Single-Member General Insurance Company S.A. (GEMI no. 857301000, headquartered at Leof. Kifisias 340, Neo Psychiko), is a Greek general insurance company founded in 1985, specialising in property, motor, marine, health, personal accident, liability and commercial insurance, with a particular focus on large industrial and commercial property risks. During 2025 its shares were fully transferred, in two phases, to Athens Stock Exchange-listed EUROPE Holdings S.A. (itself a member of the Intracom Holdings group), following a €68.3 million capital increase by EUROPE Holdings, and the company operates under the supervision of the Bank of Greece.

Regulatory updates
The Bank of Greece's Directorate for the Supervision of Private Insurance (DΕΙΑ) was renamed to the Directorate for the Supervision of Professional and Private Insurance (DΕΕΙΑ) effective 1 January 2025. EUROPE Insurance's own Solvency and Financial Condition Report shows an SCR (Solvency Capital Requirement) ratio of 288.62% as of 31 December 2025, one of the highest in the Greek insurance market. According to the company's own announcement, pre-tax profit for 2025 reached €8.04 million, up 30% from €6.15 million in 2024, driven by strong technical results and investment returns. During 2025, in two phases, 100% of the company's shares were transferred to Athens Stock Exchange-listed EUROPE Holdings S.A. (an Intracom Holdings group member), following a €68.3 million capital increase completed by EUROPE Holdings.
