Regulatory updates
As of 2025, ΕΥΡΩΠΗ Ασφαλιστική operates under the supervision of the Bank of Greece's Directorate for the Supervision of Private and Occupational Insurance (DΕΕΙΑ, renamed from DΕΙΑ on 1 January 2025). The company reported a Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) ratio of 288.6% for 2025, well above the minimum 100% threshold, and pre-tax profits increased by 30% to €8.04 million. The company was acquired 100% by ΕΥΡΩΠΗ Holdings (an Intracom Holdings subsidiary) during the first half of 2025, following a €68.3 million capital increase.
