Regulatory updates

In January 2025, Europ Assistance SA (France) became the majority owner of Európai Utazási Biztosító Zrt. (EUB), Hungary's dedicated travel insurer, while EUB remains within the Generali Group; Europ Assistance Magyarország's managing director, Andrea Éva Elek, subsequently also took over as EUB's CEO.
