Europ Assistance S.A. Irish Branch is registered on the Central Bank of Ireland's register of Non-Life Insurance Undertakings, authorised since 2 October 2003 to write classes including Accident, Sickness, Land Vehicles, Other Damage to Property, General Liability, Suretyship, Miscellaneous Financial Loss and Assistance. As an EU-passported branch, it is prudentially supervised by the French ACPR while conducting business in Ireland in line with the Central Bank of Ireland's Code of Conduct for Insurance Undertakings. In 2025, its French parent group announced a corporate rebrand of its global assistance and employee-benefits business (Europ Assistance and Generali Employee Benefits) under the new name 'Redion', though the Irish branch continues to operate and contract under the Europ Assistance name for its insurance policies.
