FBD Insurance plc is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. FBD Holdings plc is listed on Euronext Dublin (ticker EG7) and is subject to the Transparency Regulations; it published its Annual Report for 2025 in March 2026 and held its AGM in May 2026. Historically, the Central Bank reached a settlement with FBD Insurance plc in May 2014, requiring a €490,000 penalty for breaches of the Consumer Protection Code 2006 relating to outsourced regulated activities; the matter was subsequently closed. FBD's solvency capital ratio as of 2024 remained well above regulatory requirements at approximately 197%.
