Industry-wide, IVASS issued Provvedimento n. 163 of 25 November 2025 requiring insurers and intermediaries to update precontractual documents and websites by 14 January 2026 to reference the new Arbitro Assicurativo (Insurance Arbitrator) dispute-resolution scheme, operative since 7 October 2025; no company-specific sanctions against Arca Vita or Arca Assicurazioni were found in recent IVASS enforcement bulletins.
