Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni S.p.A. was entered in the Italian Register of Insurance Undertakings on 28/03/2008 (no. 1.00166), authorized by ISVAP Provvedimento n. 2599 of 28/03/2008, and later authorized by ISVAP Provvedimento n. 2958 of 27/01/2012 to extend its activity to branch 17 (legal protection). It belongs to the 'Gruppo Crédit Agricole Assurances Italia', registered in the Register of Insurance Groups (no. 057), and is supervised by IVASS. In 2022 the company relocated its Milan headquarters to the newly redeveloped 'Vigentina9' building. Following the Italian Highway Code reform, from 16 July 2026 CA Assicurazioni, like all Italian insurers, must offer mandatory third-party liability (RCA) cover for electric scooters.
