In December 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo Vita S.p.A. was renamed Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni S.p.A. and assumed the role of group parent company (Capogruppo). The company is registered in the IVASS Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies at no. 1.00066 and the Insurance Group Register at no. 28. In July 2024, IVASS authorised the merger by incorporation of Intesa Sanpaolo RBM Salute S.p.A. into Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura S.p.A. (now Intesa Sanpaolo Protezione). The Ethics Code of the Group complies with IVASS Regulation no. 38 of 3 July 2018. From April 2026, pursuant to IVASS Regulation no. 56 of 25 March 2025, insurance companies are required to offer the digital CAI (accident report) module via app or webapp with SPID/CIE digital signature.
