Regulatory updates
In March 2025 IVASS authorized AXA (via AXA Assicurazioni S.p.A.) to acquire full control of Nobis Assicurazioni and Nobis Vita; the deal followed a 2023 IVASS authorization letting Alberto Di Tanno control 83.71% of Nobis via Nobis Holding. In 2025 Nobis S.p.A. and its subsidiaries joined the AXA Italia insurance group. In June 2026, regulatory approvals (including a Golden Power clearance and an IVASS ruling of 23 June 2026) were completed for the merger of Nobis Vita into AXA Assicurazioni, effective from 1 January 2027, with Nobis Vita continuing as a commercial brand of AXA Assicurazioni.
