Regulatory updates
LALUX is authorised and supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA), Luxembourg's independent insurance regulator. As of 2025–2026, all Luxembourg insurers including LALUX are subject to the CAA's implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), with Circular Letter 25/1 issued in January 2025 providing guidance on ICT risk management and reporting. Additionally, CAA Circular 26/1 (effective 1 February 2026) updated the investment framework for life insurance contracts, replacing Circular 15/3. No specific sanctions or adverse regulatory actions against LALUX were found in publicly available CAA records.
