The AFM license used for Neerlandse's motor insurance information documents (Neerlandse, gevolmachtigde agent, vergunning: 12012535 (NL)) is held by Risk Groep BV, trade names including RISK, RISK Verzekeringen, licensed under number 12012535, address Papendorpseweg 99, Utrecht. Company registry data confirms Risk Assuradeuren B.V.'s trade names include Neerlandse, RISK, RISK Assuradeuren and RISK Verzekeringen, while "Neerlandse B.V." is listed as a separate related entity within the Risk Groep corporate family. The risk carrier behind the current auto insurance product, Rhion Versicherung AG, works under a license granted by BaFin, is notified to DNB, is registered with the AFM under number 12047025, and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 75875837. The original Neerlandse flood insurance product was discontinued: a voluntary flood insurance product was offered between 2012 and 2020 by one insurer (Neerlandse), after which the risk carrier withdrew and no Dutch insurer currently offers flood insurance from sea and river flooding.
