Regulatory updates
NN Group is subject to group supervision by DNB under Solvency II. As of H1 2025, NN Group's Solvency II ratio increased to 208%, reflecting strong capital generation. NN Group proposed appointing Ernst & Young as new external auditor from financial year 2026, following mandatory 10-year rotation. The AFM and DNB continue to supervise NN under the Dutch twin-peaks regulatory model covering prudential and conduct requirements.
