Regulatory updates
NN Group remains under group supervision by DNB under Solvency II. Following the FY2025 results, NN Group's Solvency II ratio stood at 220%, and by H1 2026 it had risen further to 224%, supported by net capital build and the exclusion of NN Bank from the group Solvency II ratio. The AFM and DNB continue to supervise NN under the Dutch twin-peaks regulatory model covering prudential and conduct requirements.
