Regulatory updates
The KNF imposed a fine of PLN 1,300,000 on AGRO Ubezpieczenia TUW on 19 December 2025 for setting motor TPL insurance premiums below the level required to cover all obligations and operating costs. Additionally, on 23 May 2025, KNF imposed a fine of PLN 44,800 for seven instances of late payment of compensation (violations occurring in 2023); this decision was upheld on appeal by the KNF on 12 June 2026. Both decisions are subject to appeal before the Warsaw Administrative Court.
