Regulatory updates
As of June 2026, the KNF initiated supervisory proceedings against LINK4 regarding the adequacy of premiums relative to risk (similar to earlier actions against Compensa, Agro and TUZ). Separately, the KNF must approve the planned legal merger of PZU SA and LINK4 before it can be completed, which is targeted for Q1 2027. The KNF also approved the appointment of Robert Tomaszewski as president of LINK4.
