Regulatory updates
On 1 July 2024 Wiener TU S.A. was merged into Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group (KNF-approved), creating the fourth-largest property insurer in Poland. In June 2026 the KNF adopted new distribution recommendations for all Polish insurers, requiring implementation by 1 July 2027.
