Allianz Portugal (registered with ASF under number 1028) is subject to ASF oversight. In 2024–2025, the ASF published key regulatory updates including the Regulatory Standard No. 6/2024-R on governance of pension fund management entities, Regulatory Standard No. 8/2024-R updating capital indices for fire and natural elements insurance policies, and Regulatory Standard No. 10/2024-R on anti-money-laundering obligations for life insurance companies. The ASF also issued Circular No. 2/2026 in March 2026 establishing reporting on the right to be forgotten and discriminatory practices, applicable to all licensed insurers including Allianz Portugal. No specific enforcement actions against Allianz Portugal were found in recent public ASF publications.
