Regulatory updates
Zavarovalnica Triglav is actively supervised by the Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency (AZN) and is listed on the AZN register of supervised entities. In January 2024, AZN issued a decision prohibiting Vinko Letnar from serving as a member of the Supervisory Board due to failure to meet statutory requirements. In January 2026, the AZN granted approval for Ivica Vulić to become a new Management Board member (employee director). In October 2024, both Zavarovalnica Triglav and Triglav Re had their 'A' (Excellent) financial strength rating reaffirmed by AM Best. In December 2024, S&P Global Ratings upgraded the outlook on Triglav Group's 'A' credit rating from stable to positive.
