Regulatory updates
RACC's historical insurance subsidiary (AMGEN Seguros / RACC Seguros Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A., later renamed GACM Seguros Generales Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A.) was formally extinguished and its entries cancelled in the Barcelona Mercantile Register on 07/02/2025 (BORME-A-2025-33-08). RACC continues distributing insurance products under the DGSFP's regulatory framework as a mobility and assistance club. The DGSFP (under the Ministry of Economy) supervises all insurance activity in Spain.
