Direct payment

OCASO organizes and directly pays covered medical expenses when assistance is requested through the 24h helpline (+34 915 420 203). If the insured pays without prior authorization (except in vital emergencies), reimbursement requires original invoices, medical report, and proof of payment. Reimbursements for amounts paid abroad equal to or above 10,000 EUR require bank documentation of withdrawal outside Spain.
