Finansinspektionen concluded an investigation into Länsförsäkringar Fondliv Försäkringsaktiebolag's calculation of the capital requirement for annullation (mass-lapse) risk and related reinsurance risk-mitigation techniques, closing the case in January 2026. Separately, Länsförsäkringar Liv and Länsförsäkringar Fondliv applied for, and received, Finansinspektionen's approval to transfer part of Länsförsäkringar Liv's risk-insurance portfolio (sickness, accident and death cover, affecting around 130,000 policyholders) to Länsförsäkringar Fondliv, following a customer vote in favour of the move.
