Regulatory updates
Länsförsäkringar Bank was issued a remark by Finansinspektionen and ordered to pay an administrative fine of SEK 90 million due to deficiencies in its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing work. Finansinspektionen also publishes quarterly capital requirements for Länsförsäkringar as one of Sweden's larger credit institutions. In Q4 2025, Standard & Poor's raised Länsförsäkringar Bank's credit rating to A+ (stable outlook).
