DVV (Belins NV) is registered with the FSMA under insurance company code 0037 and is prudentially supervised by the National Bank of Belgium. DVV's own website notes that, following new government regulation, the tax on non-life insurance premiums will rise from 9.25% to 9.60% as of 1 July 2026, increasing the tax component of policyholders' premiums by 0.35%.
