ZAD Allianz Bulgaria AD holds insurance and reinsurance license No. 16 issued on 16.07.1998 by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). The FSC continues to supervise the Bulgarian insurance market with focus on capital adequacy, risk management, liquidity and consumer protection. In 2024-2026 the FSC approved Allianz Bank Bulgaria bond prospectuses and conducted detailed monitoring of mandatory MTPL pricing in connection with Bulgaria euro adoption. Allianz Bulgaria remains an active, licensed and compliant insurer on the Bulgarian market.
