Regulatory updates
Armeec holds an active insurance license No. 7 issued on 15.06.1998 by the former National Insurance Council, now supervised by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). In February 2025 the Bulgarian Credit Rating Agency (BCRA) confirmed a long-term claims-paying rating of BBB with stable outlook and a national-scale rating of A+ (BG) with stable outlook. In 2022 the FSC included Armeec in its review of insurance groups; Armeec subsequently took corrective measures including the sale of financial instruments and obtaining subordinated debt, after which the FSC determined no further supervisory action was required.
