DZI – General Insurance EAD is registered with Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC/КФН) and notified the FSC of its intention to operate across EU member states as of October 2007, licensed across 18 insurance classes. As of May 2026, DZI operates under a valid license with no reported supervisory restrictions. Recent FSC regulatory activity in the Bulgarian insurance market has focused on competitor DallBogg (banned from issuing new policies in April 2026) and sector-wide MTPL pricing investigations, not DZI.
