Claim notification deadline
Prema Zakonu o obveznim odnosima, osiguranik je dužan obavijestiti osiguratelja o nastupanju osiguranog slučaja najdalje u roku od tri dana otkad je za to saznao. Odgovorni osiguratelj potom je dužan oštećenoj osobi dostaviti obrazloženu ponudu za naknadu štete najkasnije u roku od 30 dana za neimovinsku štetu, odnosno 14 dana za imovinsku štetu od dana podnošenja odštetnog zahtjeva.
