Ethniki Insurance (Cyprus) Ltd, together with its subsidiary Ethniki General Insurance (Cyprus) Ltd, was a long-established Cyprus-licensed insurer offering life, health, property, motor and general insurance products; it was formerly a subsidiary of Greece's Ethniki Hellenic General Insurance Company S.A. before being acquired by Bank of Cyprus Holdings in 2025, after which its life and general insurance portfolios were absorbed into the Bank of Cyprus Group's Eurolife Ltd and General Insurance of Cyprus Ltd (Genikes Insurance).
