Regulatory updates
Europæiske Rejseforsikring A/S changed its legal name to ERGO Forsikring A/S on 23 June 2025 following a merger with the Norwegian company ERGO Forsikring AS, which became a branch of the Danish entity (ERGO Forsikring A/S NUF); the Swedish branch was also renamed ERGO Forsäkring Filial. Finanstilsynet conducted an ordinary inspection of the company (then Europæiske Rejseforsikring A/S) in December 2018, focusing on the business model, board and management work, insurance and investment activities, outsourcing, group risks, IT, audit and capital position.
