As a subsidiary, it operates under the Solvency II supervision applied to its parent, Itzehoer Versicherungen, which reported a solvency ratio of over 300%. In early 2026 the company's management changed to Julia Heine (operations and processes) and Andreas Strick (sales and marketing).
