Regulatory updates
Anytime's parent Interamerican is supervised by the Bank of Greece under Law 3867/2010. In 2024, Interamerican published its 13th Sustainability Report, becoming the first Greek insurer to develop a Sustainable Insurance Framework. As of early 2025, the Greek Ministry of Finance established a legislative committee (with Bank of Greece and HAEIC/ΕΑΕΕ participation) to transpose EU Directive 2025/2 (Solvency II review). Separately, in 2025 reports emerged of potential acquisition negotiations for Interamerican by the National Bank of Greece from parent Achmea.
