Regulatory updates
Generali Hellas published its 2024 Solvency and Financial Condition Report in April 2025, reporting a Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) ratio of 184.9% for 2024, well above the 100% regulatory minimum, using the volatility adjustment. In December 2025, the company completed the acquisition of the Athens Euroclinic Group after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. Total gross written premiums reached EUR 550.7 million in 2024 (up 8.2%), with the company returning to profit. In 2025, premiums surpassed EUR 618 million, up 12% compared to 2024.
